Clinique Cola Pop Blush Swatches and Review!

I generally don't purchase Clinique products because I've never had great luck with their skincare line, and haven't bothered to delve much into their makeup line. Apart from a couple of mini mascaras, Clinique and I didn't intersect where makeup was concerned.

This explains why I didn't get all that excited over their new Cheek Pop blushes. I purchased one in Cola Pop because there was so much hype on them that I figured hey, they must be good if they're so widely talked about.

And you know what... they are! Cola Pop is incredibly beautiful and pigmented, and the packaging is to die for!

The blush is made in Italy, and contains 3.5g, or 0.12oz of product. They use a slow baking method to extract the most pigment out of the blush, and it clearly shows with the immense pigment this blush packs.

However, even though it's so pigmented, blending it out isn't problematic. I generally dislike intensely pigmented blushes because once applied to the face, they look clownish because they are so hard to blend out. I try to go for the most natural colours possible, which is why I bought Cola Pop. It isn't a natural looking colour in the least, but that would be my true test on its blendability, and it performed quite well.

Overall, this blush gets an 8.7/10.
